The HGS offers a range of different workshops and training programs to prepare early career researchers for leadership roles within and beyond academia. There are also various advisory and networking services, as well as information on upcoming available grants!
The Postdoc Academy provides targeted support for postdocs of the BUA institutions in their career development. There are multiple workshop, coaching and networking offers. The BUA also provides funding opportunities within their framework, addressing knowledge transfer and grand challenges.
WINS Adlershof is a career development program is to give effective support and connect female early career level scientists from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences.
The PDCA supports postdocs in our professional development from an early stage on throughout our next individual career steps. There are offers in workshops, summer schools, fellowships, and information on funding opportunities.
